We currently ship across East and Central Africa, with expanding options for international delivery. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate.


How long does delivery take?


Local orders typically arrive within 1 business days. Regional deliveries may take up to 5 business days depending on location and courier availability.


Can I track my order?


Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. For low-bandwidth users, we also offer WhatsApp updates.

Do you offer gift wrapping?


Yes! You can add gift wrapping at checkout, including personalized notes in English, French, or Swahili.

Can I return or exchange an item?
